History

Sirena is part of an already successful family-owned array of companies. Its sister companies, leaders in the market for over 25 years, manufacture and distribute consumer goods not only country-wide in Tunisia but in other countries of the region. The Group's main sector has been packaged food, with Spipa and La Patissiere being among the largest of the country. The Group presently maintains exclusive distribution of brands that hold top positions in their product category.

The successfully established Imports Division is the result of the Group's expansion and diversification project, and the vision of an experienced business team who decided to transfer its previously acquired experience and know-how to complement the already existing export division and start off this promising endeavor in the imports business.

Even though our country has maintained a protective policy towards local industry by being restrictive to imports of finished products, we realize the tendency to become more open to international commerce and we intend to capture that market. That is the reason why a new commercial division in charge of imported goods was created.

Our management staff combines the knowledge of local and international members creating a synergy of ample business experience in both the local and international markets. We claim our competitive edge to our unique blend of expertise in strategic planning, market positioning, process development and leadership.

Our Divisions

Since the creation of Sirena, the Group has successfully achieved its goal of diversification within the imports business. After effectively entering the medical field, the company decided to expand into new fields to include dental and animal health. Through time, Sirena wanted to not only supply customers specialized in the healthcare industry but also bring quality products to reach regular consumers and satisfy their day-to-day needs, engaging that way in the personal care, household supply, and auto care businesses.

The Group currently maintains distribution of brands that hold top positions in their product category and we are proud to say that our distribution coverage is one of the largest in the area.

Sirena manages an operation capable of serving all segments of the industry, achieving a level of country-wide distribution and extending to the whole region. We are working strenuously to increase the variety of products we offer to our customers, always cautious of the type of products/brands we choose since we look to maintain the leading position we have already achieved in the market.
